• Ground Floor (210.3 m²):
Double-height entrance, men’s and women’s reception areas, double-height salon, dining area, cold and hot kitchens, family bathroom, and living room.
• First Floor (214.6 m²):
Lounge overlooking the double height, master bedroom with dressing room, private bathroom, and balcony overlooking the swimming pool; two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, and maid’s room.
Villa (B) – 320 m²
• Ground Floor: Men’s and women’s reception areas, salon, dining area with double height, cold and hot kitchens, family bathroom, living room, and maid’s room.
• First Floor: Lounge overlooking the double height, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Villa (C) – 431 m²
• Ground Floor (208.6 m²):
Double-height entrance, men’s and women’s reception areas, double-height salon, dining area, cold and hot kitchens, family bathroom, and living room.
• First Floor (222.2 m²):

نقدّم مشروع أبوسهمين كومباوند، أحد المشاريع السكنية المميزة التي تجمع بين الحداثة والراحة العائلية في تصميم متكامل يضم ثلاث فيلات تحمل نفس الطابع المعماري الحديث، مع خصوصية تامة لكل وحدة سكنية.
