1. Added Last Standing Mode (One-Shot Kill Prevention Mode)
- Last Standing Mode activates if DP drops below 25% within 2 seconds.
- The DP bar blinks, and no damage is applied for 5 seconds.
- This mode applies only once per battle.
- If a ship's DP drops below 25%, nerf battle items that torpedo & gun reload accuracy are applied.
- This mode does not apply to AI ships in online battles.
- This mode applies to ships in PvE modes (Operation, Campaign, Survival).
- This mode does not apply to ships in harbor assault.
2. Submarine Button Policy Change: Submarine Surface Button added.
3. Added options for battle UI
- Weapon range circle display ON/OFF
- Submarine button policy ON/OFF
4. Balance adjustments for some battleships
