[Guidelines for Pre-Mount Implant Placement]

1. Methods of implant placement to avoid the mount from jamming

1) Set the maxium torque of motor at 40Ncm.
2) Connect the mount driver with handpiece, then connect with the implant.
3) Place the implant at the drilling site on the bone with 40Ncm of torque, keep the rotational speed less than 50rpm.
4) By using the open wrench, secure the upper part of octa.
5) By using the hex driver, remove the mount.
6) By using the implant driver and the torque wrench, complete the placement.

2. How to remove the jammed mount

1) By using the hex driver, remove the mount screw.
2) Connect the removal tool with the matching implant.
3) Turn the removal tool to clockwise and remove the jammed mount.
