HG2400 - HAEGANG NCS(Normal Climbing System)

NCS is the crane-jumped formwork for structures of any shape and inclination. NCS permits controlled, regular working cycles on all tall structures. It is extremely easy to set up and can be tailored to meet a wide range of different requirements for various shapes and vertical or inclined structures.
HG2400 is a high-load-bearing climbing bracket system that is used to construct the widest range of structures in NCS. It also provides a wide
working platform and is suitable for the construction of high tall structures, DAM, retaining walls, and single-sided walls in a regular work cycle.

NCS는 다양한 형상과 수직 또는 경사의 구조물에 사용할 수 있으며 크레인 장비를 이용하여 인양하는 climbing formwork system입니다.
HG2400은 고하중용 Climbing Bracket System 으로서 NCS 중 가장 광범위한
구조물의 시공에 사용됩니다. 또한 넓은 working platform을 제공하고 정형화된 작업 cycle로 고층 구조물이나 DAM, 옹벽, 합벽(single-sided wall) 등의 건설에 적합합니다.

Temburong Bridge Pylon, Brunei.
브루나이에 초대형 교량건설 프로젝트인 Temburong Bridge의 Pylon(주탑) 시공에 의 자동화 인양 시스템이 적용되었고 이와 관련하여 시공사인 대림산업( 현 DL E&C)에서 발행한 기사에 실렸습니다. (reference: DL E&C 홈페이지)
가장 최상위급 모델인 (H-AutoClimbing System)이 주탑의 Straigt Leg 시공에 적용되었고, 인양경로가 곡선과 기울기 변화를 갖는 특징의 Ribbed Section 시공에도 (H-AutoProfile Climbing System)이 적용되어 날씨 환경에 구애 받지않는 Climbing하는 우수한 인양능력으로 효율적이고 안전한 공사를 진행할 수 있었습니다.
HAEGANG의 자동인양시스템은 시공사가 예상 공사 스케줄의 체계적인 관리를 가능하게 하고, 목표 공기를 달성할 수 있도록 하는 확실한 장비임을 다시 한번 보여주었습니다.
