On April 22, WIAMACHINETOOLS President Ju Jae-jin and executives met with the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association (CMTBA) to strengthen cooperation and discuss future industry opportunities.

As the world’s largest machine tool market, China remains a key strategic focus for WIAMACHINETOOLS. We are committed to delivering advanced technologies, high-end solutions, and outstanding service to support the continued growth of China’s manufacturing industry.

Looking ahead, WIAMACHINETOOLS plans to participate in CIMT 2027 and CCMT 2028, taking a new leap forward in technology, products, and exhibition scale.

Together, we aim to deepen collaboration and drive mutual growth in the Korea–China machine tool industry.

위아공작기계가 스맥(SMEC), KCNC와 함께 한국형 CNC 'TENUX'의 양산 확대 및 보급을 위한 3자 기술협력 MOU를 체결했습니다.🤝
그동안 해외 의존도가 높았던 핵심 제어장치의 국산화를 넘어, 이제 실제 산업 현장에 최적화된 양산 기반을 마련합니다.

✔TENUX 프로젝트: 산업통상자원부 주관, 국산 CNC 기술의 결정체
✔협력 내용: 단위 모듈 드라이버 개발, 실증 및 조기 양산화 추진

대한민국을 대표하는 기술 협력을 통해 더 정밀하고 믿을 수 있는 제조 생태계를 만들어가겠습니다. 위아공작기계의 끊임없는 도전을 지켜봐 주세요!

A New Leap for Korea’s Machine Tool Industry! 🇰🇷

WIA Machine Tools has signed a tripartite MOU with SMEC and KCNC to expand the mass production and distribution of 'TENUX,' the Korean-made CNC system. 🤝
Moving beyond the industry's high dependence on foreign control systems, we are now establishing a foundation for mass production optimized for actual industrial sites.

✔ TENUX Project: A masterpiece of domestic CNC technology led by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
✔ Key Collaboration: Development of unit module drivers, verification, and acceleration of mass production.

Through this representative technical partnership, we will build a more precise and reliable manufacturing ecosystem. Please stay tuned for WIA Machine Tools’ continuous challenges!

위아공작기계가 한국폴리텍Ⅶ대학 창원캠퍼스와 함께 5축 복합가공 전문기술 인재 육성을 위한 업무협약을 체결했습니다.

이번 협약으로 스마트제조기계설계과를 중심의 긴밀한 협력 체계를 구축하고, 실제 산업 환경에 맞는 실무형 기술 인재를 양성할 계획입니다.

주재진 대표이사는 “5축 복합가공 분야는 높은 기술력이 요구되는 핵심 산업으로, 실무 역량을 갖춘 인재를 조기에 발굴해 산업 경쟁력을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔습니다.
