GAS FRYER THERMOCOUPLE – MAINTENANCE TIPS

A thermocouple does not always need replacement. Proper maintenance can help extend its service life.

* Keep the tip clean
* Maintain a strong pilot flame
* Keep the thermocouple correctly positioned
* Avoid bending or damaging it during cleaning
* Check and tighten connections properly
* Keep the burner and pilot area free from grease and dirt

If your fryer keeps going off, don't replace the thermocouple immediately. The problem could be the pilot flame, gas supply, positioning, or connections.

> Fryer Cleaning Tips :
* Cool & strain oil after each use
* Wipe exterior while warm
* Weekly: drain oil, boil water + dish soap (10 min) to loosen grease
* Scrub interior, rinse 2-3x (no soap residue!)
* Dry completely before refilling (water = spattering oil)
* Baking soda paste for stuck spots, vinegar for exterior shine
* Never pour oil down the drian
