It is discouraging attitude from kplc officers in katito who are surposed to serve us in katolo manyatta health center we have made calls to Rotich and Awuonda who we know as the people incharge but none of them is picking our call since Wednesday when the whole village lost power i don't understand this people they want us to beg them for services they are being paid to provide?
