この度、大変光栄なことに「但馬産業大賞（但馬で働きたい優良企業部門）」をいただきました。
私たちの会社は、職人が一つひとつ向き合ってつくる「バネ」の会社です。だからこそ、人がいなくては成り立たない。そんな想いをずっと大切にしながら歩んできました。
実は約10年前にも、私たちは「きらりと輝く技術部門」でこの賞をいただいています。あれから10年。世界が変わっていく中で、技術を磨くだけでなく「誰もが働きやすく、働きがいのある会社」を目指して一歩ずつ進んできたことが、今回の受賞に繋がったのかなと感じています。
授賞式では、共に受賞された5つの事業所の皆さんのあっと驚くような取り組みに触れ、私たちも改めて「もっと頑張ろう！」と大きな刺激をいただきました。
まだまだ未熟な私たちですが、この受賞を糧に、大好きな但馬・豊岡の発展に少しでも貢献できるよう、これからもコツコツと努力を積み重ねてまいります。
但馬はまだまだ、伸びしろのある地域です。
地域の皆様、そして切磋琢磨し合う企業の皆様。
これからもから一歩づつ、但馬を、そして日本を一緒に盛り上げていきましょう！

We are deeply honored to have received the Tajima Industry Award (Outstanding Companies Where People Want to Work in Tajima).
Our company is a “spring” manufacturer where craftsmen create each product with dedicated care. That is precisely why we cannot exist without our people. We have always cherished this belief as we've moved forward.
In fact, about ten years ago, we also received this award in the “Shining Technology Category.” Ten years have passed since then. As the world changed, we feel that this award came about because we didn't just hone our craft, but also steadily worked toward becoming a company where everyone can work comfortably and find fulfillment in their work.
At the award ceremony, we were inspired by the astonishing initiatives of the five other winning businesses. It gave us a powerful push to strive even harder!
We still have much to learn, but fueled by this award, we will continue our steady efforts to contribute, however small, to the development of our beloved Tajima and Toyooka.
Tajima is a region with tremendous potential for growth.
To all the people of this region, and to the companies striving together with us.
Let's continue to work step by step, together, to invigorate Tajima and Japan!
