To mark International Women’s Day,we delivered mimosa flowers from Minoh to colleagues across the company.
Warm photos poured in from 26 major sites across Japan, capturing the joyful moments of celebrating “International Women’s Day” together with Minoh’s renowned mimosa, one of Japan’s leading production regions.
Yellow mimosa represents gratitude and thoughtfulness.
We hope that 8 March is not only a day to honour someone, but also a day that gently encourages each of us to walk forward in our own way—toward a future that feels true to ourselves.
That is the sentiment behind this initiative.
This year, more than ever, many colleagues—regardless of gender—joined together, connected with one another, and shared their smiles.
At Takara Belmont, we remain committed to creating an environment where diverse talent, regardless of gender, can shine and live their own “beautiful life.”
With the arrival of mimosa, a symbol of spring, it became a day filled with warmth and kindness throughout the company.
