Hydraulic SAE fl**ge clamps are designed and manufactured according to standard ISO 6162-1, ISO 6162-2. This product is widely used in hydraulic systems as safe and leak free tube and pipe connectors.

Main series of SAE fl**ge clamps:
3000 PSI Standard Pressure Series (acc. to ISO 6162-1)
6000 PSI High Pressure Series (acc. to ISO 6162-2)

Size range:
for 3000 PSI Standard Pressure Series: 1/2″ (DN13) to 5″ (DN127)
for 6000 PSI Standard Pressure Series: 1/2″ (DN13) to 2″ (DN51)
Materials:
Younglee SAE fl**ge clamps are made in carbon steel and popular stainless steels:

Carbon steels: C45, C20, CQ235, or on requests;
Stainless steels: 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti or on requests. Stainless steel SAE fl**ges are used as stainless steel hydraulic tubing connectors.
Surface treatment:
For carbon steel Sae fl**ge clamps there usually should be surface treated as below

Zinc coated (white): Salt Spray Test > 72 Hours ( for higher requirement, we can also do with 200 Hours salt spray test on requests )
Galvanized zinc to yellow
Phosphated (black)
Untreated oiled
Untreated oxidation

Split fl**ge halves are one of the common products of SAE fl**ges. Younglee manufactures and supplies best China sae split fl**ges in a wide range of sizes in carbon steels and stainless steels.

Product standard:
There are two main series of SAE split fl**ge halves, which are standard pressure series (3000psi), this series is also known as code 61 SAE split fl**ge, it is also called heavy duty split sae fl**ge in some areas, It is designed and manufactured according to ISO 6162-1; and high pressure series (6000psi) split fl**ges designed according to ISO 6162-2, this type is also known as code 62 SAE split fl**ge, and it is called heavy duty split sae fl**ge halves in some areas.

Our product of SAE split fl**ges also conform to SAE J 518 C.

Materials of SAE split fl**ge:
Carbon steel: C20, C45, CQ235 and so on.
Stainless steels: 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti, and corresponding EN/DIN steel grade 1.4031, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571.
Other materials such as duplex steels on requests

Surface treatment:
