Office building
Design: SBA Consultants
Location: Basrah, Iraq
Year: 2024

Instead of forcing a generic modern build, we let the local environment lead the way. We relied on traditional, heritage materials that naturally handle the southern heat, creating a workspace that respects Basrah’s architectural roots while meeting modern office needs.
It’s all about building for the context, not over it.
