يسرّنا في ARAZ Engineering استعراض أحد المشاريع الهندسية المتقدمة التي تم العمل على تصميمها إنشائيًا في إحدى محافظات العراق، وهو مجمّع خدمي متعدد الأبنية تم تطويره وفق رؤية هندسية متكاملة تجمع بين الكفاءة، الدقة، واستيعاب المتطلبات التشغيلية المعقّدة.

المشروع يتألف من عدة أبنية مترابطة ضمن مخطط عام موحّد، حيث تم التعامل مع كل مبنى كجزء من منظومة إنشائية متكاملة، مع تحقيق التوازن بين الاستقلالية الإنشائية والتكامل الوظيفي على مستوى المشروع ككل.

عمل فريقنا الهندسي على دراسة وتحليل المخططات المعمارية بشكل تفصيلي، ومن ثم تطوير الحلول الإنشائية وإعداد النماذج والتحليلات وإخراج المخططات التنفيذية بأعلى درجات الدقة، بما يضمن سلامة الأداء واستمراريته على المدى الطويل.

This project represents a large-scale multi-building complex, structurally designed to accommodate functional complexity while ensuring efficiency, safety, and long-term performance.

All buildings were analyzed as part of a unified structural framework, ensuring both independence and global stability.

Comprehensive modeling was developed to accurately represent slabs, columns, cores, and load paths across all buildings.

Dead loads, live loads, and service loads were carefully defined and analyzed according to applicable design standards.

Structural systems were selected and refined to achieve maximum efficiency, constructability, and material optimization.

في هذا الشهر الكريم، نعرض أحد مشاريعنا السكنية المميّزة التي قمنا بتصميمها إنشائيًا في الرمادي، والذي يجسّد التقاء الفكرة المعمارية الجريئة مع الحلول الإنشائية الدقيقة.

المشروع عبارة عن فيلا سكنية خاصة مكوّنة من:
Basement + Ground Floor + Two Upper Floors

وقد تميّز المشروع بتحدٍّ معماري خاص، يتمثّل بوجود قبة معمارية وعناصر تصميمية غير تقليدية، تطلّبت معالجة إنشائية مدروسة توازن بين الجمال، الأمان، والكفاءة.

• Strong experience using Autodesk Revit
• إتقان العمل على برنامج Revit بشكل أساسي
• Good understanding of coordination drawings and technical detailing
• فهم جيد لأعمال التنسيق والتفاصيل التنفيذية
• On-site presence and full-time work in Homs is mandatory
• الالتزام بالدوام المكتبي والتواجد في مدينة حمص شرط أساسي
• High attention to detail and professional work ethic
