في مشروع PPF Tower في تنزانيا،
يندمج مبنى إداري واسع النطاق مع النسيج الحضري من خلال واجهة مستمرة تجمع بين الأسطح الزجاجية والعناصر المعتمة.
تم تنفيذ غلاف المبنى باستخدام أنظمة AluK SG50 للواجهات المستمرة (Curtain Wall)، والتي تم اختيارها لضمان مستويات عالية من الأداء من حيث الإحكام، والمتانة، وكفاءة التعامل مع المساحات الزجاجية الكبيرة التي تتميز بها المباني الشاهقة (High-Rise).
مشروع يضع كفاءة عزل المبنى واستخدام الأنظمة المعتمدة في صميم تصميمه، وهي أنظمة مصممة لضمان الموثوقية حتى في الواجهات ذات التعقيد التنفيذي الأكبر.
In Tanzania, the PPF Tower
project integrates a large-scale office building into the urban fabric through a curtain wall façade that combines glazed surfaces with opaque elements.
The building envelope was executed using AluK SG50 Curtain Wall systems, selected to ensure high levels of performance in terms of airtightness, durability, and efficient handling of the large glazed areas characteristic of high-rise buildings.
The project places building insulation efficiency and the use of certified systems at the heart of its design. These systems are engineered to ensure reliability, even in façades with the most complex ex*****on requirements.
