Higher utilization and lower operating costs! The AS180 inverter sets a new benchmark for deep-well submersible pump applications

Recently, a waterworks plant in Shanxi province selected 13 sets of AS180 series 90kW frequency converters in Xinshida to transform the deep well pump water intake drive project, replacing the original soft start system with a frequency conversion drive. The original system deep well pump rated power of 75kW, rated head of 320m, flow rate of 50m³/h, the pump is 200m underground, the ground is a super large reservoir, after treatment for the city residents to provide purified tap water.

The use of soft starter for multiple times frequent start and stop, the mechanical impact on the pump and motor affects the service life of the deep well pump system, the pump maintenance cycle is short and the workload is large;
The water consumption demand at night in winter is small, in order to avoid freezing the water pipe, the pump frequency operation exceeds the liquid level overflow, resulting in waste of water resources;
After soft start, the water pump runs at a high frequency, with large energy consumption and low energy utilization.
