When company is growing and at peak - everybody is with you and think how they can use your position and take benefit of your support and when you fall from peak - everybody goes away from you and those who were appraising your values will spread news of your fall and will try that company die or will inform everybody that company is closed.
If you are having will power and strong determination with patience - you can come back again and show everybody that once company start it never die as with it's growth it has gained lot of knowledge and experience which help company to come back again. But then you should know who were with you and who were those people who wanted your company to die and stay away from them.
