The story doesn’t have to end there.
Inside these batteries are valuable materials such as lithium, nickel, graphite and aluminium. Recovered and returned to the supply chain, they can support industries far beyond electric mobility.

That is where battery recycling becomes bigger than waste management. It is about recovering valuable resources and keeping them in circulation.

India’s end-of-life lithium-ion battery availability is projected to grow from 19 KT in 2023 to 233 KT by 2035.
