About Godrej Tooling
The Godrej Tooling Division, established in 1935 is one of the pioneers in the Indian Tooling Industry. We are a IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) certified establishment and easily one of the most sophisticated Tool Rooms in India.
We manufacture custom-built, high quality tooling that caters to a wide cross section of customers with major focus on the ever-demanding automobile and non-automobile sector. The division has very rich experience in Designing, Manufacturing & Proving of Pressure Die Casting Dies, Complex and Large Sheet metal tooling for Auto Panels, Progressive Dies and special purpose machines.
Spread over an area of 6400 Sq. mt., we have advanced in-house machine shop, 50 designers, and 350 trained associates with total head count of 500 people. Our Tool Room patronizes latest CAD/CAM Softwares like Unigraphics, Pro-Engineer, TEBIS, Delcam etc. We consolidate our creations on our dedicated in-house trial facilities. Our design concepts are validated with iterations on Hyperform LSDyna and Magma flow.
