Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager- Rs. 6.00 β 12.00 Lacs PA
Area Sales Officer β Rs. 3.60β 6.00 Lacs PA
Salary package will be negotiated according to qualification, relevant experience & skill.
Job Summary
RD Cement is seeking a Dynamic and Performance Oriented Sales Force with experience in the Cement or building material industry. The Candidate shall be responsible for achieving the sales targets, dealer network expansion, market pe*******on, and relationship management across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory
Develop and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network
Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
Conduct regular market visit to track competitor activities, pricing, and scheme
Build relationship with contractors, builders, retailers, and influencers
Collect payment and ensure outstanding recovery as per the company norms
Execute promotional activities, branding, and trade scheme
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales report
Coordinate with logistic for timely supply and dispatch
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and pricing strategy
Handle the sales team and ensure the network expansion required for Achieving the monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Territory management and dealer handling
Market intelligence and competitor analysis
Ability to work under sales pressure and achieve target
Good knowledge of local markets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Profile
Experience in cement or building materials industry is highly preferred
Candidate with an existing dealer network in the assigned region will have an advantage Field sales experience is mandatory
