To carry on the business of providing engineering and technical consultancy services, including survey, site assessment, soil investigation, feasibility studies, and related advisory services for construction and infrastructure projects. To undertake technical testing and analysis, including soil testing, material testing, structural evaluation, quality analysis, and other scientific and technical
assessment services. To provide estimation and project planning services, including preparation of project reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation. To prepare and provide technical drawings, designs, and plans, including structural drawings, electrical and plumbing layouts, fire safety layouts, landscaping plans, and 3D exterior and interior visualizations, strictly as consultancy and design support services. To provide structural analysis, design support, and engineering solutions, including load analysis, system design inputs, and technical evaluation for buildings and infrastructure. To provide consultancy and advisory services relating to building systems, including fire safety planning, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and related engineering services. To undertake research, development, and innovation in engineering and technical fields, including development of tools, models, and methodologies for design, testing, and analysis. To provide professional and technical services not elsewhere classified, including drafting, documentation, project coordination, and technical support services. To collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, institutions, and other stakeholders for providing integrated technical consultancy and support services. To undertake all allied, incidental, or ancillary activities necessary or conducive to achieving the above objects in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company shall not undertake the practice of architecture or provide services requiring registration under the Architects Act, 1972, and shall limit its activities to engineering consultancy, technical support, and design assistance services only.
