Qualification: Dipl. Mech./ BE Mech./ Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination, preferably in PEB or steel structure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site ex*****on teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Collect, organize, and update project data including drawings, BOMs, material dispatch reports, and site progress.
- Maintain project tracking sheets and generate timely reports for internal review and client updates.
- Support project planning and scheduling by providing accurate data inputs.
- Identify data inconsistencies or delays and communicate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, status reports, and completion certificates.
- Work with ERP systems (if applicable) to log and retrieve project data.
