🚀 We’re Hiring | BIM Engineer (Scan-to-BIM)
At Production Modeling India Pvt. Ltd. (PMI), we are looking for passionate and skilled Scan-to-BIM Engineers to join our growing team.
🔍 Role Summary:
As a Scan-to-BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming 3D laser scan data into accurate BIM models. This role requires flexibility to work on-site and travel across PAN India across diverse industries and environments.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and apply design standards effectively
• Work onsite as per project requirements
• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit 2023
• Create equipment families from CAD/PDF drawings and integrate into projects
• Model using point cloud data, Revit database, and model-in-place features
• Work with grids, levels, structural members, trusses, beam framing, and columns
• Collaborate on Revit worksharing platforms (Revit Server, central files, linked models)
• Align survey drawings and manage shared coordinates
• Create phases, options, worksets, and system management
• Generate drafting views, sheets, elevations, sections, and detail views
• Apply filters, create schedules, annotations, and export to CAD
🛠 Requirements:
• Expertise in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
• Working knowledge of Navisworks
• Experience with Inventor
🎓 Preferred Qualification:
• Full-time B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture
• 2–3 years of experience in BIM
