DAKSH - Digital Marketing & Sales Executive
As a digital marketing associate at DAKSH Construction Chemicals and Applications, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase digital sales and grow our digital customer base. You will work closely with the Higher management to develop targeted campaigns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, and for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital sales, marketing, and customer service, and will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She/He will be able to work independently and be self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail. DAKSH is looking for someone who can evaluate emerging technologies.

* Duties & Responsibilities
· You will be responsible for business development sales, pursue direct sales build indirect sales channels as applicable to deliver strong growth in the revenue
· Strategically identify, target, and close new client accounts/deals
· Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering. Booking Demos for customers, follow ups, and converting to enrolments. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements/address any queries.
· Conversation with the client/agencies across all content-led initiatives such as sponsorships, co-branded marketing, influencer, and social media, tech-led innovation, and solutions
· Managing work on social and listening to clients on a day-to-day basis for social content and mainline creative scope of work.
· Identify content opportunities for the brand with media platforms and properties.
· Manage administrative tasks associated with the sales process, including proposal generation, contract administration, and customer onboarding by using CRM
· Liaising with a creative partner to execute social content and mainline creative basis client brief.
· Influencer marketing – Tap on opportunities with existing and new sets of clients and pitch them ideas
· Understand customer needs and requirements to generate qualified leads
· Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies
· Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential customers
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts
· Create and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
· Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals
· Achieve quarterly and annual quotas
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
· Provide feedback to improve lead generation processes and tools
· Should have knowledge of Lead Generation
· Major performance of digital marketing efforts using verity of web analytic tools.
· The candidate will oversee the online strategy for the organisation by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
* Required Skills and Qualifications
· BBA / Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
· 1-3 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
· Any min 2Yrs of experience in digital marketing experience in B2C organisation.
· Experience working with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
· Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports to show campaign results
· Positive 'No Quit' attitude
· Fearless on the phones, persistent, and good work ethic
· Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Social, analytical, EQ, learning and resiliency are key skill sets required
