Set beside a serene pond, the new DC Office building embraces its natural surroundings — with the Building set parallel to the pond, it gracefully opens toward the water body, offering a tranquil welcome to a place of purpose.

Designed with a contemporary spirit, this structure weaves in regional identity, respecting Assam’s culture, traditions, and climate.

The building sets to provide an institutional dignity blending with modern design language and regional design interventions. This concept reflects both functionality and regional context, aligning with Assam’s growth and civic development.
