We’re Hiring: Office Coordinator (Startup Position)
We are Flione Innovation & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an early-stage education & technology startup working on school tech, robotics education, and digital products for children.
We are not a big company yet.
We are not well-funded.
But we are building something meaningful from scratch.
And we are looking for freshers / young talents with an entrepreneurial mindset who want real learning, responsibility, and growth not just a job title.
Role: Office Coordinator
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining basic accounts & records
Vendor & customer coordination
Managing office tasks (printing, documentation, records)
Handling social media posts & coordination
Tele-calling & follow-ups with potential clients
Supporting daily office & admin operations
What You Will Learn (Hands-on, Real Startup Experience):
How a startup actually runs from zero
Business development & sales basics
Digital marketing (social media, content, outreach)
Graphic design exposure (tools, branding basics)
Client communication & operations management
Decision-making, ownership & leadership skills
This is not classroom learning — this is real-world ex*****on.
⚠️ Important (Please Read Honestly):
We are currently a bootstrapped startup with limited revenue.
At this stage:
Salary may be modest or delayed
Growth will be based on learning, performance & contribution
