Some of our JMC operatives recently took part in a safe lifting and slinging demonstration, getting hands-on with the practices that keep every lift controlled and every person safe:

🔺 Setting and respecting exclusion zones
🔺 Selecting and inspecting the right slings for the load
🔺 Clear communication between operator, slinger and signaller

Lifting operations are one of the highest-risk activities on any construction site.

Training like this means our teams don’t just follow the plan.

They understand why every step matters.

Following on from CIF Construction Safety Week, we took time last week to recognise the people who make safety happen every single day. 🏆

Across our data centre projects in Ireland, UK & Europe, we presented awards to team members who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to safety and their attention to detail on site.

Another fantastic achievement for Team JMC!

We’re delighted to have received an award from our client, Mercury, for Best Overall HRA Audits and Safety Observation Reporting on our Data Centre project in Finland.

This recognition reflects the proactive approach, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards demonstrated by our team on site.
