In 2027 the EU are imposing cash control, which flat out outlaws cash transactions of over €10,000 and imposes very difficult rules for businesses who accept as much as €3000. This will apply to a string of transactions also - with no time limit.

What does this mean for us?
As our customers know we offer a service where people can buy and sell gold over the counter. We usually offer cash of up to €4000 when we purchase and accept similar amounts if you wish to buy gold from us. We will not be able to do this any more. In just a few transactions we will easily be crossing over the EU legal limit. We will be able to use petty amounts of cash for small transactions, but thats really it.

Maddam Ursla has repeatedly stated that the EU do not intend to eliminate cash, however, this is a big first step towards effectively doing so. Especially considering the rate of inflation. Very soon €3000 will not buy much at all.

As we move towards these fascist regulations remember to protect yourself from the economic consequences by buying lots of good quality gold from our shop.
