Advantages of casing oscillator construction:
Compared with construction method of large diameter cast-in-place piles such as mud drilling(punching) hole and other dry drilling hole, the advantages of the pilling technology are obvious:
1.Hydraulic system, low noise, no vibration effect.
2.It can be close to the building pile that used steel casing protect the hole wall to avoid the collapse of the hole wall.
3.I can overcome underground obstacles such as egg stone layer, debris (block) stone in mixed fill, etc.
4.The size of pile is easy to control, the size of longitudinal pile is close, the quantity of cast-in-place concrete is close to the diameter of pile, and the bearing capacity of unilateral concrete is more than 30% higher than that of pile with mud wall.
5.According to the depth of grab, the soil layer can be clearly separated and the appropriate pile end bearing layer can be selected.
6.The soil taken in the hole hasa low water, convinient transportation and no concern of mud pollution. The job site is clean and civilized, and the construction is very suitable in the urban area.
7.When rock socketed at the end of the pile is needed, the cross impact hammer can be used for percussion drillling, which expands the scope of application.
