【家居護理健康教育講座：深入認識呼吸輔助治療 🫁】
早前（7月17日）我哋好高興去到鄰舍輔導會嘅「伴航家顧服務計劃」舉辦咗一場健康教育講座！今次嘅主題非常實用，主要同大家一齊「認識睡眠窒息症、CPAP/BiPAP 呼吸輔助治療與運動神經元病」💡。
今次講座嘅對象係一班走在前線嘅家居外展服務團隊，包括治療師、治療助理、護士、社工、照顧員同保健員等。喺活動入面，大家除咗聽書，仲有機會親身嘗試操作同體驗唔同款式嘅呼吸機！
現場氣氛非常熱烈，大家都好投入，而且好積極咁探索唔同嘅儀器運作 。前線同工們掌握多一份技能與知識，就可以為有需要嘅家居照顧者同患者提供更專業、更貼心嘅支援！感謝每位參與同工嘅熱情投入，一齊為提升家居護理質素努力！
【Home Care Health Education Lecture: Deepening Our Understanding of Respiratory Assistive Therapy 🫁】
We were absolutely delighted to conduct a health education lecture earlier for The Neighborhood Advice-Action Council's "Navigator Home Care Service Project"!
The focus of this session was highly practical, centering on the theme: "Understanding Sleep Apnea, CPAP/BiPAP Respiratory Assistive Therapy, and Motor Neuron Disease." 💡
The lecture was tailor-made for our dedicated frontline home care outreach team, including therapists, therapy assistants, nurses, social workers, care workers, and health workers. During the session, apart from the theoretical learning, everyone had the hands-on opportunity to personally try out and experience different types of respiratory machines!
The atmosphere was incredibly lively! Everyone was fully engaged and actively exploring the mechanisms of various devices . Equipping our frontline colleagues with this additional set of skills and knowledge ensures they can provide even more professional and heartwarming support to home caregivers and patients in need.
