- 由我們公司創辦人梁師傅2010年在香港🇭🇰成立，聯同其他合作夥伴。梁師傅從事機電工程超過50年，曾經在機電工程署任職經驗，及有效機電工程署頒發的牌照，之後分別在香港半島酒店，香港城市大學，醫院管理局多間公司任職機電工程部門技術支援及主管，也有份參與大型的建築項目，現在也參與新鴻基地產公司承辦商代理工程項目合作夥伴，最近也有跟一些知名人仕有生意上合作夥伴的機會，如劉鑾雄先生，徐小鳳小姐等。公司致力培訓人才，不斷擴展業務。

Increasing Gale or Storm Signal, No. 9

Tropical Cyclone Warning Bulletin

Here is the latest Tropical Cyclone Warning Bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The Increasing Gale or Storm Signal, No. 9, is in force.

This means that winds are expected to increase significantly as Noul moves closer to Hong Kong.

At 4 a.m., Severe Typhoon Noul was centred about 80 kilometres east-northeast of Hong Kong Observatory (near 22.6 degrees north 114.9 degrees east) and is forecast to move northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour across the coast of eastern Guangdong.

Locally, gales are affecting many places with occasional storm force winds offshore and over high ground. Heavy squally showers associated with Noul are affecting Hong Kong.

Noul has made landfall over Huidong, Huizhou City, and is skirting within 100 kilometres northeast of Hong Kong. Depending on the change in local wind conditions, the Observatory will assess the need of issuing the Hurricane Signal, No. 10. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal, No. 9 or above is expected to remain in force at least until 7 a.m. today. Members of the public please pay attention to the latest weather information issued by the Observatory.

Dragon Boat Festival drums up a buzz as unsettled weather fails to dampen spirits
Thousands flock to waterfronts in Stanley, Aberdeen, Sha Tin and elsewhere as races go ahead day after black rain warnings

Drumming, powerful paddling and the cheers of thousands of competitors and revellers electrified the atmosphere along Hong Kong’s shores on Friday as dragon boat races went ahead during the Tuen Ng Festival despite unsettled weather.
Just a day after a black rainstorm warning was issued twice, competitors and spectators were in high spirits.
Beaches and waterfront areas in Stanley, Aberdeen, Sha Tin’s Shing Mun River, Tai Po, Tai O and Sai Kung were packed with crowds.

In Stanley, 185 teams and about 4,000 athletes took part in the competition, with many telling the South China Morning Post they were excited about the races and enjoyed the atmosphere.
“The vibe is really good and we can feel the energy,” said Naomi Watanabe, 25, an English teacher and member of the Hong Kong Japanese Dragon Boat Club.

“It is good [because] we thought the race was going to be cancelled [due to heavy rain on Thursday], but the weather is good [today] and we did pretty well.”

6.18 Black rainstorm warning in effect: Second Black signal of the year hits HK⛈️⛈️⛈️

The Hong Kong Observatory issued the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal at 12:55 p.m. today (June 18), indicating that heavy rain with an hourly rainfall exceeding 70 millimeters has been recorded or is expected in widespread areas of Hong Kong, and the rain is likely to persist.
The Observatory reminds the public that due to serious road flooding and adverse weather conditions, citizens should stay in safe places for shelter. Parents, students, school authorities, and school bus drivers should pay attention to radio and television announcements regarding schools. No one should go out while the Black Rainstorm Warning remains in effect and traffic conditions have not improved.

Affected by the heavy rain, there may be flash floods, and rivers may have already overflowed or could overflow. Citizens should stay away from rivers. Residents living near rivers should pay close attention to weather conditions and consider evacuation if their homes may be at risk of flooding.

The Hong Kong Observatory issued the first black rainstorm warning of the year for an hour on Monday evening, with a trough of low pressure expected to bring further heavy rainfall in the coming 24 hours and flooding reported in some areas⛈️⛈️⛈️
The forecaster replaced the top-tier rainstorm alert at 9.35pm with the red warning and then lowered that to amber at 10.05pm before cancelling all signals at 10.45pm.
