✅ecPayroll Feature Update (ver 5.3.250919)
A new Training Material Form module is now available. This module works with the existing training courses and allows admin users to create multiple forms for staff to complete their training online. Staff can learn on the web by watching YouTube videos, reading PDF articles, and completing quizzes to pass the assessment. The quiz form supports multiple‑choice questions defined by the admin user, including the correct answers. Once the form is submitted, the system automatically checks the responses. If the number of correct answers meets or exceeds the minimum passing requirement, the quiz is marked as passed. This enables staff to complete their training anytime and anywhere through the web.

全新的 培訓教材表單模組 已經推出。此模組可與現有的培訓課程配合使用，讓系統管理員建立多份表單，供員工在線上完成培訓。員工可透過網頁觀看 YouTube 影片、閱讀 PDF 文章，以及完成測驗以通過評核。 測驗表單支援由管理員設定的 多項選擇題，並可定義正確答案。當員工提交表單後，系統會自動批改答案。如果答對的題數達到或超過最低合格要求，測驗即視為通過。 此功能讓員工能夠 隨時隨地 透過網頁完成培訓。

The “468 Report” is now available. Users can select N weeks and M working hours to filter out all employees whose working hours meet the specified criteria. This allows users to identify employees who already fulfill the 468 ordinance as well as those who have not yet met the required conditions.

全新的 「468 報表」 已經推出。使用者可以選擇 N 個星期 及 M 個工作時數 作為篩選條件，用以找出所有工作時數符合指定標準的員工。此功能可協助使用者辨識哪些員工已符合 468 條例 的要求，以及哪些員工尚未達到相關條件。

✅ecPayroll Feature Update (ver 5.3.250919)
A new Performance Appraisal module is now available. It includes a Form Builder, allowing admin users to create and customize their own appraisal forms. Each form can contain an unlimited number of items. In addition to the standard item types supported by the Form Builder, a special appraisal rating item is available, where score levels can be defined. The system will automatically calculate the total and average scores. Workflow control is also supported. Admin users can define the form‑filling sequence, and once a form is submitted, the system will notify the next person by email. All completed appraisal forms are stored in the system backend, allowing HR to retrieve them at any time. This represents a significant step toward replacing traditional paper‑based appraisal forms with a fully digital e‑appraisal process.

全新的 績效評核模組 已經推出。此模組內建 表單產生器（Form Builder），讓系統管理員可自行建立及自訂評核表。每份評核表可加入不限數量的項目。 除了表單產生器所支援的標準項目類型外，系統亦提供 專用的評分項目，可自訂評分級別。系統會自動計算 總分 及 平均分。 系統同時支援 流程控制（Workflow Control）。管理員可設定表單填寫流程，當使用者提交表單後，系統會自動以電郵通知下一位負責人。所有已完成的評核表都會儲存在系統後台，讓人力資源部可隨時查閱。 這項功能代表著從傳統紙本評核，邁向全面電子化 e-Appraisal 的重要一步。

✅ecPayroll Feature Update (ver 5.3.250707)

Following the IRD specification update released in August 2025, ecPayroll now supports XML export for IR56E and IR56G, in addition to IR56B, IR56F, and IR56M. This enhancement enables users to submit all IR56 tax forms electronically via the e-Tax platform, reducing reliance on printed documents.

根據稅務局於2025年8月發佈的規格更新，ecPayroll人事管理系統現已支援以XML格式匯出IR56E及IR56G稅表，繼IR56B、IR56F及IR56M後進一步完善功能。此改善讓用戶可透過電子報稅平台提交所有IR56表格，減少使用紙本文件。

✅ecPayroll Feature Update (ver 5.3.250707)


The General Form Submission feature under ecPayroll ESS has been updated. Employees can now select predefined e-Forms online, fill them out following on-screen instructions, and submit with built-in validation. Submitted forms are stored in the database and processed through a workflow defined by the admin. Email notifications with form details can be triggered by workflow events.

ecPayroll ESS 的一般表格遞交功能已更新。員工可於網上選擇預先定義的電子表格，依照指示填寫並提交，系統會進行基本驗證。提交後的表格將儲存至資料庫，並依照後台管理員設定的工作流程處理，亦可根據流程事件觸發電郵通知。

A new “Since last month” option has been added to the Leave Period setup in the ecPayroll Dashboard Calendar. This enhancement provides a more user-friendly way for administrators to define leave periods, making setup more intuitive and aligned with common usage patterns.

A new “Current department” option has been added to the user access rights in the ecPayroll Dashboard Calendar. In addition to “User only” and “User and All others(Whole Company)”, users can now view approved leave records limited to their current department, allowing more focused access to relevant data.

ecPayroll 控制台日曆的使用者存取權限新增了「目前部門」選項。除了「只限用戶本人」及「全公司」外，使用者現在可選擇只顯示其所屬部門的已批准假期記錄，更方便掌握部門內的假期安排。
