A customer was preparing a biohazard-bag order for shipment from China and wanted a clear view of its progress. On 10 September, our team shared photos of the actual bags and packed cargo at the port warehouse. When the customer needed an English copy of the shipping paperwork, we followed up on that too.

Ahead of a meeting, the customer checked in again. Phoebe confirmed on 16 September that the goods had been loaded into a container. The photos and the original update are in the slides.

A customer needed two Universal Quick-Dry Ink Cartridges sent by air to Canada and asked whether the full journey could be completed within seven days.

Because the timing was tight, we explained that it might take a little longer. The customer chose to proceed.

When tracking had not updated, the customer asked for help. Our team followed up and shared the DHL Express details. On 31 August, the customer’s coordinator confirmed that both cartridges had been received that morning.

It was a small order, but we appreciated the opportunity to help. Clear expectations, timely updates, and staying available when questions come up matter whatever the size of the request.

The request was recorded on 17 March. After checking the available vehicle and model information with the supplier, NicNacs shared real photos of the part before dispatch and arranged DHL airfreight.

On 10 April, the customer confirmed: “Item received” and thanked the team for the assistance.

An August shipment from China to Guyana—packed and on its way.

These photos were taken during the actual loading of a mixed-goods container carrying commercial equipment, metal fixtures and frames, plastic handling crates, and assorted boxed goods.

The awkward part of a mixed load is that very little arrives in the same shape or packaging. The forklift moved the larger wrapped pieces, the team positioned the smaller cargo around them, and the remaining space was checked as the container filled up.

This is one of the practical jobs NicNacs Trading handles in China: bringing goods from different suppliers together, checking the cargo and coordinating the load for Guyana.
