It was a great honor and privilege to meet privately with the Minister of Health, Mr. Άδωνις Γεωργιάδης - Adonis Georgiadis, and his team during the Economist Government Roundtable.

Our discussion focused on the innovative medical technologies that Medical Trade International is introducing across Greece and Cyprus, as well as the positive impact these solutions have already demonstrated in hospitals through improved diagnostic accuracy, faster clinical decision-making, and enhanced patient care.

Η Medical Trade International στα εγκαίνια της Πανεπιστημιακής Οφθαλμολογικής Κλινικής του ΑΧΕΠΑ
Η Medical Trade International είχε την ιδιαίτερη τιμή να παρευρεθεί στα εγκαίνια της νέας Πανεπιστημιακής Οφθαλμολογικής Κλινικής του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Θεσσαλονίκης ΑΧΕΠΑ, ενός έργου υψηλής σημασίας για την αναβάθμιση των υπηρεσιών υγείας, της πανεπιστημιακής εκπαίδευσης και της επιστημονικής έρευνας στη χώρα μας.
Η τελετή πραγματοποιήθηκε παρουσία του Υπουργού Υγείας κ. Άδωνι Γεωργιάδη, του Διοικητή της 4ης Υγειονομικής Περιφέρειας (ΥΠΕ) Μακεδονίας και Θράκης κ. Παναγιώτη Μπογιατζίδη, του Διοικητή του Π.Γ.Ν.Θ. ΑΧΕΠΑ κ. Παναγιώτη Παντελιάδη, του Προέδρου του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, Καθηγητή κ. Στέφανου Τριαρίδη, καθώς και εκπροσώπων της ακαδημαϊκής και ιατρικής κοινότητας, οι οποίοι τίμησαν με την παρουσία τους μια πρωτοβουλία που ενισχύει ουσιαστικά το επίπεδο της οφθαλμολογικής φροντίδας στην Ελλάδα.
Ως διαχρονικός συνεργάτης του Νοσοκομείου ΑΧΕΠΑ, η Medical Trade International αισθάνεται ιδιαίτερη υπερηφάνεια που συμμετέχει ενεργά στην προσπάθεια εκσυγχρονισμού των δομών υγείας, συμβάλλοντας με καινοτόμα ιατροτεχνολογικά προϊόντα και λύσεις που υποστηρίζουν το έργο των επαγγελματιών υγείας και βελτιώνουν την ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών προς τους ασθενείς.

Θα θέλαμε να εκφράσουμε τα θερμά μας συγχαρητήρια στη Διοίκηση του ΑΧΕΠΑ, στην 4η ΥΠΕ Μακεδονίας και Θράκης, στο Τμήμα Ιατρικής του ΑΠΘ, καθώς και σε όλο το ιατρικό, νοσηλευτικό και διοικητικό προσωπικό που συνέβαλε στην υλοποίηση αυτού του σημαντικού έργου.
Η νέα Πανεπιστημιακή Οφθαλμολογική Κλινική αποτελεί ένα σημαντικό βήμα προς το μέλλον της δημόσιας υγείας, της ιατρικής εκπαίδευσης και της παροχής υπηρεσιών υψηλού επιπέδου προς τους πολίτες. Η Medical Trade International θα συνεχίσει να υποστηρίζει πρωτοβουλίες που ενισχύουν την καινοτομία και συμβάλλουν στη δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου και αποτελεσματικού συστήματος υγείας.

Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά συμμετέχουμε στο διεθνές συνέδριο ESGARS 2026, συμβάλλοντας στη συζήτηση γύρω από μία από τις σημαντικότερες προκλήσεις της σύγχρονης δημόσιας υγείας: τη μικροβιακή αντοχή (AMR).
Στο πλαίσιο του Δορυφορικού Συποσίου 8, η Κα Λεμονιά Σκούρα, Καθηγήτρια Μικροβιολογίας του ΑΠΘ και του ΠΓΝ ΑΧΕΠΑ, θα παρουσιάσει το θέμα:
“Tissue homogenization as an effective pre-analytical step in clinical microbiology”
Μία ιδιαίτερα σημαντική προσέγγιση για τη βελτιστοποίηση των προ-αναλυτικών διαδικασιών στην κλινική μικροβιολογία και την ενίσχυση της αξιοπιστίας των διαγνωστικών αποτελεσμάτων.

Η συμμετοχή μας στο 8ο Συνέδριο της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Παρακλινικού Διαγνωστικού Ελέγχου αποτέλεσε μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία για ουσιαστικό διάλογο με την ιατρική κοινότητα και ιδιαίτερα με τους καρδιολόγους.
Στο πλαίσιο των παρουσιάσεων και των συζητήσεων, αναδείχθηκε η κρίσιμη σημασία της σωστής προ-αναλυτικής διαδικασίας στη διαχείριση δειγμάτων για point-of-care συστήματα. Η ποιότητα του δείγματος και η ορθή προετοιμασία του αποτελούν καθοριστικούς παράγοντες για την αξιοπιστία των αποτελεσμάτων.
Σε ένα περιβάλλον όπως τα ΤΕΠ, όπου ο χρόνος είναι ζωτικής σημασίας, η άμεση και ακριβής διάγνωση μιας λοίμωξης μπορεί να καθορίσει την πορεία του ασθενούς. Η σωστή χρήση των point-of-care τεχνολογιών συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά: ✔️ στην έγκαιρη ανίχνευση λοιμώξεων
✔️ στη βελτιστοποίηση της κλινικής απόφασης
✔️ στην ορθολογική επιλογή αντιβιοτικού σχήματος
Η ενίσχυση της γνώσης γύρω από τα προ-αναλυτικά στάδια δεν αποτελεί απλώς μια τεχνική λεπτομέρεια, αλλά μια ουσιαστική επένδυση στην ποιότητα της φροντίδας και στην ασφάλεια των ασθενών.
Συνεχίζουμε να στηρίζουμε ενεργά την εκπαίδευση και την καινοτομία, με στόχο την παροχή αξιόπιστων διαγνωστικών λύσεων εκεί που πραγματικά έχουν σημασία: δίπλα στον ασθενή.
