Joy Selasi Agbesi, a KNUST alumnus who works at Meta has been recognized for his contributions to Africa's digital networks at Meta in the U.S.

As an optical network engineer, he led the expansion of Ghana’s first Gigabit Ethernet ( a high-speed Ethernet standard (IEEE 802.3bs) that enables data transfer rates of 400 billion bits per second over a single link) nationwide backbone on MTN’s network, establishing 34 points of presence to support fintech growth and 5G adoption.

He also enhanced Sierra Leone’s national backbone network after Ebola for improved broadband access. Currently, he focuses on Nvidia AI compute server racks for global data centers at Meta.

That’s how devastating nuclear weapons can be.

The problem USA have with Iran is that, not to enrich their nuclear weapon beyond a particular threshold, which could be another disaster if dropped on any city.
