PWD Prestige Hands Over Renovated Madina Redco Flat to Ministry of Finance, Ghana

On Thursday, 19th June 2025, the Public Works Department (PWD-Prestige) officially handed over the renovated Madina Redco Flat—a facility owned by the Ministry of Finance—back to the Ministry. This handover marks the successful completion of comprehensive renovation works undertaken by PWD-Prestige.

The project, which aimed to restore and upgrade the facility to modern standards, involved extensive structural and aesthetic improvements. The transformation reflects PWD’s commitment to delivering quality infrastructure solutions in support of government operations.

On September 1, 2025, the Department held a staff durbar at its headquarters to sensitize staff on the newly introduced Organizational Manual and Client Service Charter. Facilitated by Mr. Ebenezer Sam, Director of HR, MWHWR, the session highlighted how these documents will strengthen accountability, efficiency, and client-focused service delivery.

Mr. Ebenezer Sam remarked, “These documents are more than policies; they are our blueprint for a responsive, client-centered PWD"

Ghana Public Works Department Know your New Members of the Civil Service Council

THE GHANA CIVIL SERVICE COUNCIL INAUGURATED
On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, the Chief of Staff, Hon. Julius Debrah on behalf of President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. John Dramani Mahama inaugurated the Civil Service Council at Jubilee House, Accra. The council is chaired by Lawrence A. Kannae, Ph.D.
