From Suame-Magazine to the world — 20 years in the making.

What started with bare hands, scrap metal, and relentless hustle in the corners of Suame-Magazine has now been recognized globally. I’m humbled to share that I’ve been selected as a *2025 Mandela Washington Fellow*.

This journey hasn’t been easy. From welding sparks to boardroom conversations, from engine grease to international grants — I’ve carried tools, dreams, and the hope of many young people like me.

I didn’t just want to fix machines — I wanted to build solutions, create impact, and leave a legacy through *Syntropy Engineering Solutions (SES)*.

This isn’t just my win. It’s for every young African with a dream and a dirty pair of overalls.

With the passion to transform the Ghanaian welding industry, we at Syntropy Engineering Solutions choose the right materials for the right jobs in every sector of our operations.

For heavy-duty machinery, we fabricate tough, high-tensile strength, durable components that withstand the harsh nature of the environment within which they are used.

Normally, the E7018 electrodes are used to weld such components because of its high-tensile strength of 70, 000 psi and can be used in all positions. Syntropy Engineering Solutions, taking Ghana's welding to global heights.

Most often, welding defects like porosity, cracks, voids, etc. lead to welding failures. This situation has resulted in the loss of many lives and the destruction of a lot of properties.

We can not continue to lose lives due to this. As such, we at Syntropy Engineering Solutions is poised to transform the Ghanaian welding industry, an aspect of tvet.
