At the UPSA Auditorium earlier today, Ing. Felix Atsrim — CEO of FeDems Group — delivered his Introductory Remarks ahead of the panel discussion at NELEF 2025, Ghana’s largest youth gathering, organised by VODEC Africa.
Addressing a dynamic audience of government officials, young leaders, professionals and students, Ing. Atsrim emphasized the importance of drawing on the wisdom of the older generation while seizing every opportunity life offers. He encouraged the youth to master the intelligence of their cultural environment — understanding identity, values, and heritage as a foundation for effective leadership and nation-building.
His remarks were a powerful reminder that Ghana’s future will be shaped not only by ambition and innovation, but also by the ability of the next generation to honor the past, embrace opportunities, and lead with cultural consciousness.
