On large properties, getting the circulating pump and pipework sizing correct is crucial to achieving 400%+ average efficiencies, for this reason we often fit "component" systems, where the pump, prv etc are installed inside the property (where space allows) instead of the more standard and widely installed "integrated" units, where these components are part of the outside unit. Often the circulating pumps in integrated units are not up to the job of running an efficient open loop system on a large property, this is where our "component" installations with larger commercial grade components really shine
