A productive two days were spent completing a job for our returning customer.

After experiencing a setback, the customer contacted us for a quick turnaround on installing a new hot and cold water feed for a new piece of equipment.

As always we were happy to assist and meet our customers needs.

This week has been productive in the workshop.

- Stainless access stairs have been completed.
- A small batch of SHD40 spools is finished.
- Mectric manifolds are currently underway.
- A flowmeter is ready for installation on site.
- Material for six new work benches is being cut and prepared.

Next week is sure to be a busy one 🫡

A fully insulated and cladded 5000L hot water tank has been successfully completed, delivered, and installed at our customer's site. This project was necessary due to the original fibreglass tank, which began to fail and leak as a result of the chemicals mixed with the hot water. We are pleased to provide a solution that meets our customer's needs and ensures reliability moving forward.

Last weekend, we completed an installation for a new customer that significantly improved their production efficiency.

Previously, having only one hot water connection point posed challenges, requiring the use of flexi pipes to meet operational needs.

To improve this, we fed a new supply from the existing line, resulting in three new connection points strategically placed around the facility. This install will streamline their processes and improve productivity.

Extra modifications were completed on a mixing vessel for a customer.

The enhancements included the installation of various new ports for hot water, CIP, and a removable dip pipe.

Additionally, new pipework was fabricated off-site, ensuring a smooth installation process.

Davit arm has been fabricated and welded for a new customer ✅️

This week, we are also completing a few local site jobs, and the 5000L water tank is currently in progress 💧

The week began with a busy start, featuring a delivery of materials for a 5000L water tank for a valued customer. Additionally, we welcomed a delivery of materials from a new customer ✅️

Another successful installation completed ✅️

- Removal of the old ringmain pipework.
- New 2" pipework fitted, with the last few tie-in spools fabricated.
- A new 1" feed line was also installed.

While the system was offline, a new sample point was installed, along with a new tee and Bardiani valve in preparation for a future job.

With a few extra jobs completed, our latest project is mechanically complete ✅️

Once electricians finish their work, commissioning can commence.

The start of a new installation for a valued customer.

This new 2" and 1" water line will replace the existing system due to concerns over hygiene.

With 90% of the pipework measured and fabricated off-site, the process will allow for a smoother and quicker installation.
