Presented by EMW for sale, this lovely-condition facelift Mini R52S Convertible in stunning Hyper Blue is ready for the summer.
The Supercharged engine, with only 114K miles and full service history, powers this open-top version of the Generation One BMW Mini range, with an upgraded 17% Pulley, cooler plugs, and a recently fitted Malian stainless exhaust. It also benefits from the R56S front brakes upgrade.
Presented, fully valeted after a paint-correction machine polish, wax, and hydrophobic sealant to protect the paintwork throughout the year, the Hyper blue colour pops in the sun as every convertible should. With a Rust-free chassis that has been Lanoguarded for further underside protection, this is one of the nicest R52's we've seen.
The Bullit alloy wheels have recently been refurbished in Grey/ silver and are unmarked, shod with good-quality tyres with plenty of tread.
We first saw this car in 2023 when we undertook a preventive maintenance program for the then-new owner, which included a Supercharger service and new water pump, engine service, and fitment of the R56S brakes. Since then, it has had regular and full maintenance, including recently fitted rear brake lines.
The engine is noise and leak-free, having just had a new oil housing gasket fitted as there was the first signs of a small leak.
