We offer an extensive selection of used fiuyndation machines & drilling rigs. These are available directly from us and from our factory and most often come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Casagrande UK offers a comprehensive after-sales support service for all the equipment we sell. We know how important it is that you are able to get parts and service when you need it which is why we dedicate so much attention to our support services. To that note we carry a large number of stock parts right here in the UK to cut down on shipping time. On-site service is available throughout the UK and Ireland from our factory trained engineers. We also have extremely close links with the after-sales departments of other manufacturers we represent and have access to the stock spares and service expertise of those companies. For firms interested in keeping their machinery in tip-top condition at all times we provide maintenance contracts along with annual and bi-annual inspections at our yard near Chesham.

We are proud to share that we’ve recently completed the delivery of three specialist piling rigs—designed in collaboration with Roger Bullivant Limited (RBL) and Casagrande Spa. These include two driven piling rigs and one purpose-built vibro rig, all of which have now entered active service within the RBL fleet and have been very well received.

This project marks a significant milestone in what we hope will be a long and productive partnership. It’s been a genuine pleasure working alongside the talented team at Roger Bullivant, and I look forward to continuing this collaboration on future innovations.

The newly launched 5508 and 5509 driven piling rigs are the first at RBL to be built on Casagrande’s B175XP-2 base—engineered specifically for piling applications. These rigs feature integrated hydraulic systems, real-time performance monitoring via Casagrande’s Fleet Master, and enhanced safety controls. They are powered by Stage V emissions-compliant engines and operated entirely by radio remote control, offering both environmental and operational benefits.

Each rig is equipped with RBL’s in-house developed 5.5-tonne quiet hammer, designed to reduce noise during pile driving. They are capable of installing precast concrete piles from 200 mm to 350 mm in diameter, as well as steel tubular piles.

Originally intended to replace older equipment, the 5508 and 5509 rigs will now supplement RBL’s fleet to meet increasing demand.
