We're proud to support opportunities that help young people build confidence, develop workplace skills and gain valuable real-world experience. Well done to everyone involved on a great effort!

☀️ A fantastic morning out at the Pensnett Trading Estate with our Stage 2 Working Towards Employment learners and our valued employer partner, Totalkare .

Working together in the sunshine, our learners took part in a community litter pick, collecting an impressive six large sacks of litter and making a positive contribution to the local environment 🌍♻️

Activities like this provide valuable opportunities for learners to develop employability skills, teamwork, communication, and confidence, while also gaining meaningful employer exposure and insight into the workplace.
