An epic long weekend away with the Team Flossy gang on some of Dorset, Devon and Cornwall's tough green lanes. Pretty brutal on both bike and rider, with the bike now having a snapped nav tower, broken indicator, broken chain guard, obliterated rear brake pads and more... All in the name of fun eh? The F900 still proved itself to be incredibly capable, especially on those Capras and sublime .
We'll soon have it sorted with an array of Genuine BMW parts to get it tip top once more. Videos to come!

A nice little upgrade for our F900GS - MG BikeTec GmbH shorty levers. These adjustable billet beauties should make two-fingered off road duties that bit easier, and they're also folding to avoid breakages during the inevitable impacts. Super trick!

How's this for a bit of ultra-rare, super-quirky BMW Motorrad exotica?
Group 1 Brighton BMW have this sub-600 mile, 1-owner HP2 Sport in the showroom and it is worth going down there for a look if nothing else - if you're as nerdy as us at least!
These were a 130bhp, air-cooled boxer twin superbike with shaft drive and telelever front end, splashed with carbon fibre, Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes and so much more.
The kind of bike only BMW could pull off - because quite frankly, it's about as BMW as it gets.
This one comes with boxes of original delivery labels, never-unbagged accessories and a letter confirming it was the last one produced for the UK. A real collectors piece for those looking to buy, or a feast for the eyes for those of us not lucky enough to consider it.

While the F900GS is in with Group 1 Brighton BMW, the guys have us the latest and greatest S1000XR to have a play with. Having not ridden an XR before, it's quite a different experience but a truly addictive one - all the comfort of a sports tourer and the S1000 engine, but in an incredibly smooth and refined state of tune (delivering a wild 170bhp still!).

If only there was room in the stable for a third bike...

Race report time from Ben - Enduro is TOUGH! Great fun today competing in my first competitive two-wheeled event at the Witley Classic Enduro.
Unfortunately 16 miles in (of 32) the recent knee MCL injury had become too much and I had to withdraw. Gutted! But looking forward to another stab at it in the future.
Going home sore, knackered and chuffed with what was achieved, even if it wasn't a finish!

It's official - our Ben is delving into two-wheeled motorsport for the first time as a rider!
Next weekend he'll be tackling the Witley Classic Enduro, riding this KTM 250 EXC (freshly shod in rubber) kindly offered up by the fellow Team Flossy members. Hopefully a recent MCL injury won't stop the racing prematurely... Wish him luck!

A fantastic morning out on the Sussex lanes - Ben's F900GS is now running the production version of the Nitron Suspension for this bike, having been running a prototype rear for the past couple of months. It is staggering - the suspension is next level and makes for a hugely friendly but capable bike - especially in combination with Anlas Capra Xs. Slippery hillclimbs, powerslides and skids galore - making the F900GS completely addictive to ride!
The main reason for venturing out was to have a go on a fellow Team Flossy member's KTM 250EXC ahead of a potential upcoming Enduro debut... Watch this space 🔥

Our 900 runs an R1 ADV rear shock as seen here, as well as Nitron's TVT25 ADV fork cartridges. Both have transformed the bike, but especially that rear - the stock 900 rear shock gives a bouncy, poorly damped riding experience which holds back the rest of the bike. Unleash it with Nitron!
