NEW YEAR = NEW CAREER
We currently have two roles available at GD Security:-
****We are seeking a SERVICE COORDINATOR for our office in Twickenham****
Do you have experience in coordinating and controlling a team of engineers? Are you able to multitask and work to deadlines? If so this could be the perfect role for you.
You would be office based and would be responsible for allocating maintenance and service jobs to our engineers via our service management system. You would assist customers with queries and monitor all calls being returned from the engineers and deal with any further actions required.
You would need previous call centre/customer service experience and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of CASH Service Management Software would be advantageous but full training will be given.

****We are also seeking a SENIOR ACCESS CONTROL/CCTV ENGINEER****
As we continue to expand, we are looking to recruit a multi-disciplined, experienced, committed and dynamic Senior Engineer conversant in Access Control, CCTV and Bespoke Integrated Systems.
We require someone proficient in the commissioning and service support of these systems with a good knowledge of computers, networking and routers for our growing client base and who is eager to learn and develop new skills as technology advances.
