I can’t watch the Lewis Capaldi set from Glastonbury this weekend without been completely and utterly overcome with emotions.

His frustration, anxiety and stress could not have been more obvious.

As he struggled to get his words out and was visibly struggling with his Tourettes..

In that moment.. he couldn’t…

But 10s of thousands of people stepped up and said it’s ok, WE WILL.

as a musical artist I can’t imagine what that must have felt like.

But watching it all proved we have so much power for good.

His relief, while still troubled with frustration showed.

As he sang “I’m going under and I feel there is no body to turn to”
And every single person there showed him he could turn to them! 🥲

That moment could have gone so very differently.. one boo could have created a sea of boos but it didn’t, no boos created a sea of voices that visibly lifted Lewis.

Next time someone is struggling.. seems troubled, is late, seems forgetful, or has an indescribable look of sadness or fear in their eyes, and they feel like they can’t.. step up and say it’s ok I WILL…

I will support
I will listen
I will be there.
