We are sending our thoughts to the families, friends and colleagues of the three people who lost their lives at Bicester Heritage this week. Their bravery and sacrifice is hard to comprehend. BH is close to our hearts for many reasons. It houses pivotal businesses in the vintage car world along with those working on grass roots initiatives. To mark our respects, we will be making a donation to the Fire Fighters Charity.

We love learning about the cars which were restored by Fiennes Restoration. There is a huge amount of pride for us, that we get to carry the mantle forward for parts supply. A customer sent me this photograph, which is a beautiful 1936 25/30. The car - with a James Young body - left the UK in 1959 and headed to New York. It is now in North Carolina with its 7th owner.
