Our presses have been flat out lately cutting lots of urgent orders! This week the waterjet was cutting hundreds of small Silicone parts, where the fl**ge width was thinner than material thickness, meaning press cut from tooling or knife cut simply wasn’t an option. First up next week we change over to abrasive cutting for hundreds of mild steel rings, to then be profiled and copper coated.

BULK PRODUCTION - At EAS we have the ability to cut tens of thousands of parts an hour on our automatic presses! With the latest nesting software and the ability to produce multi-unit tooling, we can be your go to supplier for any large volume production runs! With roll holders and sensor sheet detection, we can cut both roll and sheet form material extremely quickly! This along with our box section to de-pip holes in parts speeds up picking and packing times and keeps costs to our customers at a minimum! As we grow, we will continuously strive to push the limits of what can be achieved on all of our machinery 👍🏼🙌🏼

WATER-JET CUT GASKETS!
Last week we were busy water-jet cutting these small gaskets ready to be used in pressure and gas flow instrumentation. Working to +- 0.1mm we can hold tight tolerances even on flexible materials. Next up on Monday morning is 1/2” thick Aluminium!!
