She oversees escalated issues, drives performance through insight led reporting, and champions continuous improvement to ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards Linx is known for.

𝐀 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤🎓 – Before joining Linx, Lucy spent ten years working in customer service at a family run business, building a strong foundation in customer care. She began her career at Linx as an Order Administrator, where she was responsible for processing fluid, spares, and equipment orders, as well as coordinating installations and supporting general customer service enquiries. Lucy later progressed to Team Leader for the customer service team, before moving into her current role as Customer Experience Manager.
