This recent project saw our engineers successfully install approximately 1 kilometre of Prevost aluminium pipework at a major waste management facility on the South Coast. Our Service Manager, Simon Pannell, recently designed and built this bespoke mobile compressed air station, creating a compact, robust, and highly versatile package ready for use wherever clean, reliable compressed air is required.

This custom-built system features:

✅ SCR 10PM2 Variable Speed Compressor
✅ Integrated air receiver
✅ High-efficiency dryer and filtration package
✅ 5 compressed air outlet points
✅ 12-metre Prevost hose reel
✅ Fully mobile design with heavy-duty castors

This project saw the replacement of the customer’s existing compressor with a brand-new SCR 100EPM variable speed compressor, delivering outstanding efficiency, reliability and performance.

To ensure the highest quality compressed air throughout the facility, we also supplied and installed two new Mikropor refrigerated dryers, providing excellent moisture removal and system protection while helping to maintain consistent air quality across the entire site.

The SCR 100EPM offers exceptional energy savings thanks to its high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, intelligent control system and true variable speed technology, allowing the compressor to match air demand precisely while reducing energy consumption and running costs.

Combined with the new Mikropor drying package, this installation provides the customer with a complete, reliable and energy-efficient compressed air solution designed for years of trouble-free operation.
