Brilliant weekend with .motorsport and .
Qualifying: Al pushed a brilliant 1:54:5 getting P4 with nice grid positioning.
Race 1: Al squeezed ahead of Doug Carter from the start and maintained a good lead. Last lap, A small spin at Montreal nearly cost a place although Al held on, taking home P3, P2 in class.
Race 2: We had the same scenario of Race 1 with the introduction of Steve Larkham who kept the pressure on Al and Doug. The last 6 laps of hard pushing started pushing our brakes to the limit, unfortunately on the last lap Murrays took mercy on the brakes causing Al to run onto the grass, Steve following closely behind. Steve caught traction slightly sooner, just brushing past Al at the start of senna straight taking home P4 overall, P3 in class.
