Our latest project at the Grade II* listed Time & Life Building on Bruton Street, London, demonstrates how specialist hot tapping services can provide a practical solution.

The works included:
✅ 2 x 1¼" hot taps on 125mm heating pipework
✅ 2 x 1¼" hot taps on 80mm chilled water pipework
✅ TIG-welded threaded sockets
✅ Pressure testing to 10 bar

The existing heating and chilled water systems remained operational throughout the works, which helped minimise disruption and allowed the wider project to progress.

The new outlets were capped and left ready for future use, providing dedicated connection points for planned works and potential system expansion.
